Comparison of job satisfaction between gulf physical education teachers and Indian physical education teachers towards physical facilities

The purpose of this research was “Comparison job satisfaction between Gulf physical education teachers and Indian towards Physical facilities” For Present study, 240 origin school working in private schools India Countries (120 from 120 Countries) were selected randomly as subject for study. questionnaire meant measuring the respective teachers. Teachers scale (TJSS) developed standardized by Dr. Meera Dixit. To measure with different aspects job, it contains 52 Likert type items which divided over eight dimensions satisfaction. Each item to be answered on a five alternatives i.e. strongly agree disagree. data had been analyzed using SPSS (Version 20) statistical techniques employed analysis collected all variables following: Descriptive Analysis: Means standard deviations calculated. Satisfaction level compared through independent sampling t-test significance set at .05 level. Result shows that (Physical Facilities) no significant difference found among opinion calculated value ‘t’ is less than tabulated ‘t’, tested 0.05.
